Out of the various web technologies today, blogs appear to be a clear winner for self-expression or promotion of a product or service due to the following:
1. Most blogs can be integrated into your website for a nominal fee, or sometimes even free!
2. You can become an industry expert, and you can have a loyal following. If you share your opinion on the topics that are related to what you do – like property or real estate for example – you will quickly position yourself to be a good resource person in that area.
3. You will discover marketing new channels, and as you write about your passion, new angels and new doors will appear out of nowhere. Definitely there will be exciting opportunities.
