Most portable devices and smart phones that we use today have limited web browsing – applications are locked down or controlled by manufacturers.
But the Iphone is a device that allows people to access the web just like how it looks in a computer, without major changes or distortions to the web browser. This is a very good move from the manufacturer because the user can actually be allowed to modify the way that applications are meant to work as well as specify certain settings. Today, more and more people access the web through portable devices just like cell phones, and they demand to view it without any change – which is a strong selling plus for Iphone.
